Responsibilities
Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal and external cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts
Providing accurate and timely updates
Budget tracking against purchase orders and subcontracts
Reviewing upstream and downstream change orders
Performing quality checks on all project controls deliverables
Comparing schedule and financial data for consistency
Integrating data from multiple sources using advanced Excel functions
Analyzing reports to present findings and recommendations to the project controls team
Serving as a technical point of contact for project management, engineering, and construction staff
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is required
A minimum of four years of related experience
The ideal candidate can work independently, think creatively and analytically, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
Ability to travel as needed and a valid driver's license are required
Applicants must be a U.S. citizen and must not require current or future employment sponsorship to be eligible for this role
Preferred
SAP experience preferred
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros, are highly valued
