Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees across 10 locations, primarily through remote assistance, with occasional travel to onsite locations
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and other hardware
Manage and maintain Active Directory, ensuring proper functionality and user access
Respond to service desk tickets promptly, addressing and documenting issues effectively
Perform updates and patches to systems, including occasional evening or weekend work
Assist in setting up and configuring new hardware and software as required
Communicate clearly with team members and employees, providing guidance and support
Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent technical problems
Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
Qualification
Required

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with Windows 11 and related hardware
Hands-on experience managing Active Directory
Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative without requiring close supervision
Availability to perform occasional evening or weekend tasks as needed
Valid driver's license for travel to onsite locations when required
Preferred
Experience providing IT support in a multi-location environment is a plus
