Support and Resolution Specialist - Part-Time to Full-Time
Vatic Outsourcing, a growing boutique telecommunications consulting firm, is seeking a Support and Resolution Specialist to work with our clients and internal staff. This position will be responsible for order processing, pricing requests, general account management, and client interface.

Required
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email) with customers, peers, direct and senior management
Ability to diagnose, articulate, and provide solutions for client's technical issues
General customer service experience
Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)
