InternLele Sadoughi is seeking a Product Development & Production Intern to support the end-to-end product lifecycle. The role involves assisting with product development, coordinating production schedules, and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery.

Responsibilities
Assist with product development from concept through final approval
Track samples, prototypes, and revisions throughout the development process
Help prepare and maintain product documentation (spec sheets, timelines, trackers)
Coordinate sample requests and follow up with vendors or factories
Support director of PD/ Production with any new ad hoc projects
Assist with production schedules and monitor key milestones
Update costing and create POs in system
Support quality control and flag potential issues
Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets
Organize samples, materials, and production files
Prepare reports, status updates, and meeting notes
Work closely with Design, Sourcing, Production, and Operations teams
Support meetings and presentations related to product development and production
Assist with problem-solving when timelines or specifications change
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Internship or prior experience in product development, production, or supply chain
Familiarity with production tracking tools
Understanding of manufacturing or sourcing processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
