Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager

The Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager will own the full partnership lifecycle, manage existing relationships, and build scalable partnership models to drive impact across priority verticals.

Responsibilities
Own the full partnership lifecycle and deliver impact measured through adoption, distribution, revenue, and intangible values such as brand equity, community strength, and strategic ecosystem positioning
Manage and grow existing relationships while securing new partnerships that expand Lightricks’ reach across priority verticals including media & entertainment, creative production, interactive & immersive, and design & visualization
Build scalable partnership models and programs, including but not limited to product & platform integrations, distribution channels, infrastructure, and service delivery
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, marketing, sales, legal, and business leadership to translate partner opportunities into impact
Build operational excellence within the partnerships function by defining processes, success metrics, reporting frameworks, and best practices that support scale
Represent Lightricks externally with executives, partners, and stakeholders, building trusted, long-term relationships across the ecosystem
Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet partners and stakeholders as needed
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances within B2B technology; experience in AI, developer platforms, or creative technology is a strong plus
Proven experience owning end-to-end partnerships, from sourcing and negotiation through execution, activation, and ongoing growth
Proven track record of delivering impact measured through adoption, distribution, revenue, and intangible values that drove soft power
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and limited direction
Highly execution-oriented with strong attention to detail and relentless follow-through. You are laser focused and always ensure initiatives launch and deliver results
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, unblock challenges, and move initiatives forward without waiting for perfect information
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
Collaborative, resilient, and solution-oriented. You have a positive mindset and solve problems with creativity and resourcefulness
Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet partners and stakeholders as needed
Preferred
Background in Creative Production, Media & Entertainment, Design & Visualization sectors
Experience building or managing partnership programs
