Responsibilities
Implement and support projects as required to meet TS goals and objectives
Implement, manage, maintain, and support the System Architecture solutions
Provide 24x7x365 support resolution for enterprise hardware and software as needed
Create and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation
Provide reports and metrics for performance analysis and growth planning
Establish a Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule and execute planned activities
Provide technical and operational guidance to staff and contractors as needed
Work onsite every day (M-F)
Perform related duties as directed
Qualification
Required
B.S in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. OR High School Diploma with Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience working in an enterprise infrastructure environment in addition to the time required in the Minimum Qualifications
4 years or more experience with end-to-end management (deploying, configuring, administering, updating, securing, and troubleshooting) of the following technologies: Microsoft Server Platforms, Windows Server 2019 / 2022 OS, Windows SQL Server, Microsoft Software Services, Windows Desktop OS, Microsoft 365, Defender, Microsoft Management Services, Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, PowerShell, Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Azure AD, Azure CLI, Azure Governance, Dell physical Servers, SAN / NAS storage arrays, and ancillary components, PowerEdge MX740C R660 and R760, Compellent SC200, StreamVault SVS-7020E and SV-7040EX, vxRail E5, VMware Virtualization and Management Platforms, ESXi, vCenter, vSphere
3 or more years of experience with end-to-end management (deploying, configuring, administering, updating, securing, and troubleshooting) of the following technologies: Pure Storage arrays, FlashArray // X20R3 and C50R4, Pure1 management, ActiveCluster, Veeam Enterprise Backup and Recovery Services, File and Print Services, Data Center Installation (Rack & Stack)
2 or more years creating solution designs that integrate server, storage, backup, management, and security (virtual and physical) into existing enterprise environments
Ability to regularly lift 30 lbs

General knowledge or experience with Linux and DevOps technology stacks
General knowledge or experience with Container technology platforms
Basic understanding of emerging technologies and concepts such as AI/ML, IoT, etc
