They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Human Resources department and gain experience in talent acquisition and HR functions.

Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Conduct phone screens for candidates
Schedule meetings, assessments, and interviews
Assist in recruitment-related correspondence, including job postings and candidate inquiries
Provide support for new hire orientations
Attend campus career fairs with the Talent Acquisition team
Assist in creating job aids and updating recruiting related forms
Qualification
Required
Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in human resources, communications, business, or a related field
Must have strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
Experience with an ATS or HRIS system
