Operations Manager, Sales & Product Development
AdImpact is a high-growth ad intelligence and data company expanding across the U.S. advertising market. They are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of HubSpot, Sales Ops, and Agile product execution, reporting directly to the SVP, Data.
Advertising
Responsibilities
HubSpot CRM (admin, workflows, integrations, data integrity)
Pipeline + forecasting + dashboards
Sales process automation (bonus if you love AI-driven efficiency)
Scrum execution as a true operator (standups, planning, delivery rhythm)
Governance + visibility across Aha! + Jira
Tight alignment between Product, Sales, Engineering , and leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Ops at a B2B tech company
Deep HubSpot expertise
Real experience running Agile/Scrum
Strong working knowledge of Jira + Aha!
Clear communicator who can drive action across teams
Preferred
SaaS/DaaS experience
Gong experience
BI/reporting experience
exec-level support experience
