Responsibilities
Completing physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy on a routine basis
Management of a transfer inbox, receiving emails from a variety of vendors for multiple yards
SAP entry of all in and outbound movements of material from various yards
Accurate and timely entry of lease-to-lease movements
Purchase requisition creation for purchases into inventory as needed
Working closely with SCM buyers and operations regarding on hand inventory
Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles
Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines: SOX, COPAS etc
Qualification
Required
Experience in Materials Management
Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry
Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships
Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment
Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment
Excellent organization and time management skills
High school or GED required
Valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required
