Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions
Lead and contribute to OTM technical development, including enhancements, integrations, and customizations
Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code to support OTM data models and business logic
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide long-term, scalable solutions
Ensure system performance, data integrity, and seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems
Provide technical guidance and best practices for OTM architecture and development
Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
Strong background in OTM technical development (mandatory)
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
Solid understanding of transportation and logistics business processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience in OTM integrations and interfaces
Prior experience in an architect or lead-level OTM role
Exposure to large-scale transportation or supply chain systems
