Director of Agent Communication and Marketing
Keller Williams is a dynamic real estate company, and they are seeking a Director of Agent Communication and Marketing. This role is crucial in creating a warm atmosphere, leading communication and marketing efforts, and enhancing the agent experience while ensuring the community feels informed and connected.

Responsibilities
Welcomes visitors and serve as the first point of contact for agents, clients, and guests
Distribute daily, weekly, and monthly communications (newsletters, event invites, updates)
Maintain agent contact lists and support onboarding/offboarding communication processes
Maintains the appearance of the office
Assists with Market Center Events, not limited to RED Day, Training Events, and Special Events
Be a resource to agents so they can conduct their business effectively
Assists with agent attraction processes
Promote and communicate brokerage training, events, and programs
Create and manage content for social media channels and email campaigns
Design flyers, signage, and basic graphics (using Canva or similar platforms)
Assist with photography and content capture during events and trainings
Support agent marketing needs (templates, event promotions, branding support)
Answer phones, greet guests, and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain the office roster, support event coordination, and supply organization
Support agents and leadership team with miscellaneous marketing and communication tasks
Qualification
Required
1+ years experience in marketing, communications, admin, or hospitality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and basic social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
Friendly, professional demeanor with positive attitude
Preferred
Experience in the real estate industry
