Customer Service Representative
UPI Global Ingredients is a company focused on providing quality ingredients and services. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries, process orders, and resolve customer-related issues while supporting the salesforce.
Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers and team members at all times
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email
Process orders and customer requests
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve increased satisfaction, retention, and revenue
Customer account oversight
Resolve customer issues by determining root cause and best possible solutions
Update customer records in Sage X3 (ERP System)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
Strong computer skills
Experience in a customer support role and/or Inside Sales
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Professional demeanor
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Preferred
Chemical background preferred but not required
