Office Coordinator
Sun Communities and Sun Outdoors are leaders in providing manufactured home communities and RV resorts across the United States. The Office Coordinator will handle a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, manage daily operations, and provide support to team members and guests.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules
Handle correspondence
Organize records
Assist with events
Maintain office supplies and professionalism throughout the workplace
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate office operations and multitask effectively
Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accuracy and clarity
Ability to manage schedules, maintain records, and handle confidential information responsibly
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Experience in customer service or administration is preferred
Additional education in business administration or related fields is a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
