Responsibilities
Build and lead the global business development and sales function, including team structure, hiring, coaching, and performance management
Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy that drives client acquisition, market expansion, and measurable results
Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and key sales metrics across geographies
Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with Am Law 200, UK Top 50, and other major law firms
Define and implement go-to-market strategies, sales processes, and client retention programs
Collaborate with the executive team on strategic planning and alignment between sales and service delivery
Identify new markets, customer segments, and service offerings to grow the business
Qualification
Required
A significant track record in business development, with demonstrable sales leadership within professional services or legal technology consulting
Proven track record driving enterprise B2B sales with large law firms or corporate legal departments
Deep understanding of the legal technology landscape and key buyer personas (CIOs, COOs, Managing Partners)
Experience building and scaling sales teams, including territory planning, quota setting, and coaching
Highly analytical, metrics-driven, and proficient with CRM systems and sales dashboards
Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to senior executives and boards
Strategic thinker who can execute tactically in a hands-on, collaborative environment
