Responsibilities
Lead on-site coordination of MEP, FP, and low-voltage trades from rough-in through commissioning
Review drawings, specs, and submittals to identify conflicts and constructability issues early
Drive BIM coordination, clash resolution, and layout sequencing in partnership with design teams
Maintain schedule alignment for MEP scopes and support overall project milestones
Oversee quality control, inspections, testing, and system startups
Act as the primary field liaison between MEP subcontractors, project management, and inspectors
Support turnover, commissioning, and closeout documentation
Qualification
Required
8-15+ years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on MEP systems
Prior experience as an MEP Superintendent, Senior MEP Foreman, or Lead Field Engineer
Background on healthcare, higher education, senior living, or other technically complex projects
Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety systems
Ability to lead coordination meetings and hold subcontractors accountable
Proven career stability and long-term tenure
