Applications Developer
Babcock & Wilcox is seeking a dynamic and innovative Application Developer to join their growing team. This role involves building scalable business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain business applications using PowerApps
Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize complex datasets
Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems via APIs, connectors, and custom code
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for deployed applications
Document development processes, workflows and user guides
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience with PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript, Python, SQL)
Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, or other cloud services
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-400, etc.)
Experience with DevOps practices
Knowledge of data modeling and analytics practices
Experience working in ERP Systems
