Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of M&A and advisory transactions
Prepare and deliver client presentations for pitches and live deals
Build and utilize financial models, including valuation, discounted cash flow, and multiples-based analyses
Draft materials including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management and lender presentations, and prospectuses
Conduct industry research, analyze business plans, and review detailed financial information
Participate in due diligence processes and drafting sessions
Prepare internal deal memos and coordinate across senior and junior deal team members
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Qualification
Required
At least one year of M&A related experience (direct investment banking experience, consulting or valuations)
Strong technical skills, including financial modeling and valuation
Strong written and verbal communication ability
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously; high attention to detail and strong work ethic
Self‑starter who can operate independently as well as within deal teams
Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
