Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that visualize department metrics (e.g., consultations, workshop attendance, feedback, etc.)
Build and manage automated data pipelines that integrate data from multiple sources
Clean, transform, and normalize data across reporting systems
Analyze trends and patterns to inform service development and decision-making
Qualification
Required
Knowledge and skills in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power Bi, Tableau, etc.)
Aptitude to diagnose and solve problems as well as learn new skills, quickly either independently or through instruction
Ability to share knowledge with others through sufficient oral and written communication skills
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well within a team
Preferred
Experience with a statistical language such as R or python
