Social Commerce Manager
H&H Group is a B Corp focused on premium nutrition and lifetime wellness, operating multiple pet nutrition brands. The Social Commerce Manager will be responsible for scaling the social commerce business across these brands, particularly on TikTok Shop, driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary owner of TikTok Shop performance across both brands, accountable for GMV, conversion rate, AOV, affiliate contribution, repeat purchase, and full TikTok Shop P&L
Own revenue forecasting, budget planning, and margin management, including creator fees, affiliate commissions, Live costs, and agency expenses
Monitor daily and weekly performance and financial KPIs, translating insights into actions that improve scale and profitability
Provide regular performance and P&L readouts to leadership, including risks, opportunities, and trade-offs
Own the relationship with TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) agencies, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic lead
Define agency scope, KPIs, and financial guardrails aligned to revenue and contribution margin goals
Ensure execution quality, performance accountability, and cost discipline from TSP partners
Evaluate TSP performance and recommend optimization, scaling, or changes in agency support based on ROI
Align TSP execution with inventory availability, promotional strategy, and business priorities
Recruit, onboard, brief, and scale a high-performing creator and affiliate network, including UGC creators, whitelisted creators, and Live hosts
Own affiliate strategy, incentive structures, attribution performance, and ongoing optimization
Partner with TSP agencies and internal teams to accelerate creator output while maintaining financial discipline
Build, manage, and optimize a TikTok Live commerce calendar, including product drops, promotions, launches, and tentpole moments
Direct Live shopping execution, ensuring strong hosts, compelling offers, and clear merchandising strategies
Continuously test and refine Live formats to improve conversion, engagement, and GMV
Own TikTok Shop merchandising, including product setup, PDP optimization, bundles, discounts, and Shop-exclusive offers
Operate hands-on within TikTok Seller Center, managing storefronts, promotions, analytics, and compliance
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to align inventory availability with Shop demand and promotional plans
Maintain a strong understanding of TikTok paid media mechanics, including Spark Ads, whitelisting, and Shop-focused formats
Partner closely with the Paid Media teams to inform amplification strategy based on organic performance, creator insights, and Shop conversion data
Identify high-performing organic content and provide clear recommendations for paid amplification, without owning campaign setup or daily optimization
Ensure paid media strategy aligns with TikTok Shop merchandising priorities, inventory availability, and P&L guardrails
Partner with Creative, creators, and TSP agencies to launch high-volume, performance-driven TikTok content
Build a fast trend-to-commerce pipeline, translating emerging TikTok trends into Shop-ready content
Continuously test formats, hooks, creators, and offers to improve efficiency and scalability
Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Operations, CS, and external partners to ensure TikTok Shop success
Ensure TikTok Shop initiatives are well-coordinated, operationally
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in TikTok, social commerce, or creator-led eCommerce growth
Hands-on experience owning and operating a TikTok Shop
Proven ability to drive revenue through creators, affiliates, Live shopping, and paid amplification
Deep understanding of TikTok Live best practices
Deep understanding of affiliate attribution and incentive structures
Deep understanding of creator whitelisting and Spark Ads
Deep understanding of conversion-focused UGC formats
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into clear actions
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with high execution standards
Experience managing agencies, creators, and cross-functional partners
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally strong
