Reviewing, researching, assessing, and managing product-related cases in a timely and efficient manner
Effectively communicating with customers, dealerships, field personnel, and management to resolve issues
Successfully resolving product-related issues, making decisions about warranty and goodwill support
Supporting your supervisor by assisting with various tasks and ensuring the completion of special projects
Qualification
Required
Have an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
Bring 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the power equipment industry
Possess strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, along with attention to detail and organizational abilities
Have excellent communication skills and technical aptitude, with knowledge of dealer sales and service operations being a plus
