Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate facility development projects of medium to high complexity
Define and develop project scope in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants
Manage project budgets, schedules, and milestones
Lead project development meetings with multidisciplinary teams
Coordinate planning, design, and construction activities for inpatient and outpatient spaces
Monitor construction progress and participate in construction meetings
Ensure projects meet state, local, and regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain facility development standards and best practices
Provide recommendations on evidence-based design and healthcare facility trends
Coordinate move planning and project closeout activities
Support Certificate of Need documentation and regulatory submissions as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 5–10 years of relevant healthcare experience
Valid Michigan driver's license
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience in architecture or interior design
Familiarity with healthcare design and construction regulations
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam or Adobe PDF tools
