Responsibilities

Oversees suite hospitality: maintaining an atmosphere of welcome as they greet, help, and direct guests to the appropriate offices
Updates and maintains student records
Coordinates registration procedures at both STH and through the Boston Theological Interreligious Consortium
Maintains STHs registration webpages to ensure up-to-date information is accessible to current and prospective students
Assists the Registrar with STH graduation procedures
Initiates and helps oversee Degree Program Advising for student registration sorting student registration forms and facilitating their distribution between the other advisors
Serves as Degree Program Advisor themselves for students who are preparing to register
Oversees the registration process for matriculating first-level masters students during their first semester at STH
Reports directly to the Registrar, helping them to maintain the operations of the Office of Registration and Financial Aid

Required

Bachelors degree
good oral communication and writing Skills
Clerical/Administrative Skills
Computer/Technical skills
