Investor Relations Analyst
Alexander Chapman is partnered with a leading credit-focused investment management firm based in New York City. They are seeking a high-caliber Marketing Analyst to play a central role in investor engagement, institutional-grade reporting, and fundraising execution.

Responsibilities
Produce monthly investor reports covering performance, positioning, and firm updates
Maintain core marketing materials, including pitch decks, performance summaries, and capital call tear sheets
Manage updates across consultant databases and third-party platforms
Support RFIs, DDQs, and investor due diligence requests
Prepare materials and talking points for investor calls
Research and identify prospective LPs using databases and event lists
Maintain accurate investor records for tracking and segmentation
Log and manage investor requests to ensure timely follow-up
Develop working knowledge of internal data and reporting systems
Prepare standardized and custom performance reports
Coordinate with Finance and Operations to ensure data consistency
Support reporting automation and visualization efforts
Streamline reporting workflows in partnership with internal teams
Help build templates and dashboards
Identify efficiency and accuracy improvements
Qualification
Required

Advanced Excel proficiency required
