Responsibilities

Own and oversee SAP systems while driving modernization and digital transformation initiatives across core business functions
Lead enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, and applications, ensuring secure, reliable, compliant, and cost‑efficient performance
Manage IT vendors, system integrators, and internal teams responsible for delivering SAP and related enterprise platforms
Strengthen cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance aligned with utility‑sector standards
Oversee IT governance and ensure cross‑functional alignment with operations, metering/AMI, finance, and regulatory teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience within utilities (electric, gas, water) or similarly regulated industries
Exposure to GIS, asset management systems, or operational technology (OT) environments
Experience leading distributed or remote IT teams
Strong hands-on leadership in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA migrations or implementations related projects
Experience leading large enterprise applications and infrastructure (on-prem + cloud) supporting 24/7 operational environments
Experience managing enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cloud-based systems
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and IT risk management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
