Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk
Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to all guests
Help manage the staff and ensure that all procedures and policies are followed
Work primarily the evening shift to ensure there is a Manager On-Duty in the evening
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
Prior cash handling experience necessary
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
Computer experience required
Preferred
1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
