Responsibilities
Partner with business teams to identify high-impact problems AI can solve
Convert needs into clear product requirements, workflows, and success metrics
Build and launch AI assistants using no-code/low-code tools
Write and optimize prompts to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations
Ensure agents follow security, privacy, and data access guidelines
Track adoption and performance, and continuously improve agent outcomes
Qualification
Required
U.S.-based and able to work across domestic time zones
5+ years of Product Management experience (Technical PM preferred)
Strong experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
Hands-on experience building AI assistants/agents using no-code/low-code platforms
Comfortable working with data sources, integrations, and logic flows (no heavy coding required)
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
