Responsibilities
Support and/or lead IAM transformation initiatives, including user lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), access provisioning, authentication, and authorization
Coordinate IAM initiatives involving SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, and directory services
Partner with security, application, and infrastructure teams to ensure IAM solutions align with enterprise security and compliance requirements
Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to IAM solutions
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
Support solution design by collaborating with IAM architects and technical teams
Plan, track, and manage project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Track progress, manage scope, and ensure timely delivery of IAM initiatives
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, security teams, and technical delivery teams
Provide regular status updates, metrics, and risk reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Support change management and user adoption activities for IAM solutions
Maintain project artifacts, backlogs, and dashboards in Jira (and Confluence where applicable)
Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and aligned with Agile delivery practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM
3+ years supporting or leading IAM-related initiatives or security-focused projects
Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as: Identity lifecycle (JML), Authentication & authorization, SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM
Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong experience using Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting
Ability to write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD / Entra ID
Experience with security, compliance, or regulatory initiatives
SAFe or other scaled Agile framework experience
Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP)
Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2)
