Fractional Sales Leader (IT Services & Staffing)
h3 Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Fractional Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and build scalable sales strategies for their IT services and staffing business. The ideal candidate will work closely with executive management to design and optimize sales processes, coach sales teams, and expand client relationships in target markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for IT services and staffing engagements (contract, contract-to-hire, direct placement)
Build and manage sales pipelines across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB accounts
Identify and pursue new client opportunities in industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing
Mentor and train internal sales and recruiting teams to improve business development performance
Create sales playbooks, KPIs, and performance dashboards for consistent tracking and accountability
Collaborate with leadership on pricing models, revenue forecasts, and client retention strategies
Strengthen existing client relationships and lead efforts to win strategic new accounts
Partner with marketing to align lead generation campaigns and brand messaging
Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track sales activities and outcomes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in IT services, consulting, or staffing industries
Proven success in driving revenue and scaling sales teams
Deep understanding of SDLC, technology consulting models, and IT staffing sales cycles
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
Ability to lead both strategically and tactically in a fractional (10–25 hours/week) capacity
Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance reporting
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills

Successfully led sales teams in IT consulting or staffing firms
Built client acquisition frameworks targeting Fortune 500 and mid-market clients
Experience aligning sales and recruiting teams to accelerate revenue
A passion for building process, mentoring teams, and delivering measurable results
