Responsibilities
Administer full-cycle payroll for approximately 50 employees
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Maintain and process payroll using ADP Workforce Now
Manage ADP Time & Attendance, including the Essential Time module
Administer ADP Time Off within Workforce Now
Collaborate with management and HR to resolve payroll discrepancies
Maintain employee payroll records and support audits as needed
Assist with payroll reporting and related administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
5+ years of payroll administration experience
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (required)
Experience with ADP Time & Attendance and Essential Time
Experience with ADP Time Off modules
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with IDI/TimeBank integrations or related systems
Prior experience processing payroll in a similar-sized organization
