Responsibilities
Support multiple ERP deployment initiatives across regions
Specialize in intercompany processes and ensure compliance with global standards
Manage and escalate ServiceNow tickets, focusing on high-priority issues
Lead business readiness activities and projects for smooth transitions
Provide support for change management initiatives to drive adoption
Assist with testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization
Operate with minimal supervision and share best practices within the team
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in ERP systems deployment and support
Strong understanding of intercompany processes and financial workflows
Ability to manage escalations and resolve high-priority issues effectively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Experience in change management and business readiness activities
Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and projects
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Preferred
Experience with global ERP implementations
Knowledge of testing methodologies and cutover planning
Background in project management or business analysis
