Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Owners to write and refine user stories for epics
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with end users
Ensure stories are fully documented and ready for implementation
Partner with developers during implementation to confirm accurate delivery
Review and validate test cases to ensure quality and completeness
Maintain downstream traceability across all story processes
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Required

Agile methodology expertise (Agile certification is a plus)
Gherkin syntax proficiency for writing acceptance criteria
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
Data analysis experience
QA engineering background
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
