Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service using professional communication skills
Maintain company pricing matrix and online ordering system
Proactively calls customers/prospects to set appointments for Outside Sales Team
Negotiate price levels to maintain a competitive position
Generate sales proposals
Maintain customer relations through proactive outreach
Provide technical sales support for all customer inquiries
Maintain and report on customer satisfaction metrics
Introduce new product offerings to the customer base
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
5-10 Years of experience in customer service
Degree Preferred or 3-5 years of documented customer service experience
Knowledge of current industry trends and sales techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Superior telephone/customer service skills
Working knowledge of basic computer applications and experience with CRM platforms
Must have a customer service mindset and be able to proactively offer solutions
Must be detail oriented and possess excellent time management skills
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be analytical and have documented problem-solving skills
Valid state driver's license
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and prospects
