Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycle with primary responsibility for MEP scopes and budgets
Lead procurement and contract execution for electrical and mechanical trade partners
Own cost control, forecasting, and change management related to MEP systems
Coordinate closely with Superintendents to maintain MEP-driven schedules and milestones
Oversee RFIs, submittals, and coordination tied to electrical and mechanical systems
Manage long-lead MEP equipment procurement including switchgear, generators, UPS, and chillers
Serve as primary point of contact for owners, engineers, and commissioning teams on MEP matters
Identify MEP-related risks impacting schedule, cost, and commissioning
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
Maintain accurate reporting for MEP progress, costs, and forecasting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Project Management experience with strong MEP exposure
Proven experience managing large electrical and mechanical scopes
Strong financial acumen related to MEP buyout, forecasting, and change management
Ability to interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and coordination models
Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments
Preferred
Data center or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred
