Responsibilities

Manage commercial real estate and finance transactions from start to finish, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and multi-site developments
Order, review, and analyze title commitments, title policies, surveys, exception documents, endorsements, inspections, and search reports
Coordinate and manage due diligence for large commercial and residential real estate transactions
Track contract critical dates and prepare and maintain detailed closing checklists
Assist with and coordinate closings, including preparation and review of conveyance documents, closing statements, transfer tax forms, and escrow documentation
Handle post-closing matters, including closing indices, closing binders, and post-closing deliveries
Prepare correspondence, memoranda, abstracts of leases and loan documents
Review and summarize UCC, judgment, tax, and lien searches
Draft and review business and real estate contracts
Prepare and file deeds, mortgages, memoranda of leases, UCC financing statements, and related filings

Required

Experience as a Commercial Real Estate and Finance Paralegal
Ability to manage commercial real estate and finance transactions from start to finish
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and multi-site developments
Ability to order, review, and analyze title commitments, title policies, surveys, exception documents, endorsements, inspections, and search reports
Experience coordinating and managing due diligence for large commercial and residential real estate transactions
