Responsibilities
Advancing an enterprise-wide workforce financial planning discipline by building and executing a multi-year strategy for headcount and labor cost forecasting in close partnership with the HR Workforce Planning Lead
Leading the development of standardized financial models for workforce planning, that incorporate business inputs such as revenue forecasts, operational demand, supply chain trends, and leadership assumptions and result in headcount, compensation, benefits, and other personnel-related expenses
Defining roles and responsibilities across Finance, HR, and business teams to support a high-performing, integrated workforce and financial planning function
Driving alignment between financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and HR workforce planning cycles
Leading the integration of financial, headcount, and resource planning tools, processes, and technologies, with keen understanding of upstream and downstream dependencies
Partnering closely with HR, People Analytics, and Workforce Planning teams to ensure consistent data, assumptions, and insights across financial and workforce plans
Supporting enterprise decision-making by translating workforce plans into clear financial implications and trade-offs
Responsible for change management efforts across finance and in partnership with HR in support of new workforce planning processes
Coordinate efforts and impacts of workforce planning with the EPM ecosystem, including participating in overall ecosystem governance and change control
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field
Minimum of 7 years' experience in a finance leadership role supporting workforce planning, FP&A, or enterprise planning in a global organization — or a Master's degree with minimum of 5 years' experience
Demonstrated ability to design, lead, and scale enterprise-level financial planning programs in a large, global environment
Proven ability to lead teams and drive execution of complex, interdependent programs and initiatives
High level of financial acumen, strategic agility, and ability to influence change through data and insights
Demonstrated experience in full-cycle enterprise program management, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Mastery of financial modeling, forecasting methodologies, and planning tools
Ability to analyze complex data sets from multiple sources and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Preferred
Strong experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, IT, R&D, operations, and business leaders
Experience facilitating discussions with and presenting to senior and executive leadership
Strong change management and stakeholder engagement experience
Ability to influence stakeholders at every level of the organization
