Responsibilities
Configure Salesforce using declarative tools, including Flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, and automation features
Implement and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and security configurations
Support implementation of Salesforce enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes based on documented and approved requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project coordination resources, and Salesforce architects to implement requested Salesforce functionality
Support testing activities, including unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of configuration changes
Assist with deployment of Salesforce configuration changes using agency-approved tools and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce configuration and functional issues as needed
Maintain documentation related to Salesforce configuration, changes, and implemented functionality
Support ongoing Salesforce platform administration activities as requested
Perform general Salesforce configuration and declarative development services to support effective Salesforce service delivery
Qualification
Required
5 Required Professional experience configuring and supporting Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms in a production environment
4 Required Experience using Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, validation rules, approval processes, record types, and page layouts
4 Required Experience implementing and maintaining Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and security configurations
3 Required Experience supporting Salesforce enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes based on documented business requirements
3 Required Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical resources to implement Salesforce functionality
2 Required Experience supporting testing activities, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), for Salesforce changes
Preferred
2 Preferred Experience supporting Salesforce deployments and change management using structured release or deployment processes
2 Preferred Experience troubleshooting Salesforce configuration and functional issues in a live production environment
2 Preferred Experience supporting Salesforce administration activities, including user management and permissions
1 Preferred Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
1 Preferred Experience supporting Salesforce solutions in a government or public-sector environment
