Responsibilities
Lead the design of comprehensive learning paths using ADDIE, SAM, and/or Backward Design methodologies
Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and leadership to define learning and performance objectives aligned with business goals and KPIs
Create engaging and instructionally sound materials for both in-person and self-paced learning formats, including: Highly interactive eLearning modules (Storyline/Rise), Video scripts and storyboards, Job aids, workbooks, and facilitator guides
Implement evaluation strategies (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) to measure training effectiveness, employee performance impact, and ROI
Utilize AI tools such as Synthesia, tool-specific AI, and GPT technologies to scale adoption of generative AI within Ads P&E
Manage deployment, tracking, and maintenance of content within the Learning Management System, ensuring SCORM/xAPI compliance
For candidates with 5–6 years of experience, provide guidance to junior designers and lead project workstreams
Qualification
Required
4–6 years in instructional design, educational technology, or corporate training—ideally in a technical or global organization
Expert-level experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Workramp, Cornerstone, or Workday Learning
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, UX/UI principles in digital learning
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Educational Technology, or related field
Preferred
Experience in the advertising technology industry
Performance consulting experience with a focus on behavioral change
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
Experience working with globally distributed teams
