Responsibilities
Supports the maintenance and recording of financial transactions
Prepares and reviews journal entries for month-end close
Prepares monthly and quarterly reconciliations
Prepares timely financial reports, ad-hoc analyses, and insights for management
Ensures data integrity and consistency through account reconciliations
Ensures compliance with SOX controls and fulfill internal/external audit requests
Prepares, reviews, and analyzes financial statements
Assists with OneStream reporting and analysis
Assists with continuous improvement projects across multiple systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 5 years in a finance or accounting role
Candidate must have experience with Excel, strong organizational & analytical skills
Must be able to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information
Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship
Ability to report to work at an assigned office location. This position does not include a remote work option
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA or CMA certification
Experience with multi-site accounting operations
Familiarity with ERP systems and their implementation
Experience in SAP and OneStream
