The ideal candidate will have experience in a large, global environment and will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of approximately 7-10 direct and indirect reports.

Qualification
Required
BS, Accounting / Finance or related
hands-on controllership experience in a global environment, ideally
excellent leadership abilities; able to mentor and develop a strong team
eager to improve processes, work collaboratively and be a key part of a supportive team
Looking to grow and stay long-term with the organization
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
prior public accounting experience - Big Four a plus
Will consider an Assistant Controller or Senior Manager stepping into this role
