Aqueous Products LLC d.b.a. Compass Rose Consulting is seeking a Warranty Coordinator/Technical Support to provide excellent customer service for marine products. This role combines service/warranty coordination and technical support, requiring strong product knowledge and communication skills to assist customers effectively.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Manage all service and warranty calls or issues:
Determine what, if any, corrective work/ repair is needed
Lead root-cause analysis, identify replacement part needed
Schedule and coordinate repair/return collaboratively with internal and external departments or contractors
Assess validity of warranty claim and document event
Facilitate a timely response, execution, and completion of all customer issues
Establish and maintain positive internal and external customer relationships
Provide leadership with regular updates on escalated issues
Resolve all customer issues with appropriate team members and trade partners
Authorize payment for work performed up to approval limits
Strong emphasis on quality of service and follow-up
Update/inform sales team of product issues or improvements
Prepare training material for technical product presentations to new and existing customers
Provide market insight to Company HQ in Italy to improve products, quality and procedures for North American market

Required

Minimum of 3-years customer service and warranty experience or equivalent
