Responsibilities

Lead the internal project team for an S/4HANA implementation, partnering closely with a selected System Integrator (SI) project manager

Manage planning, execution, risk, and delivery across onshore and offshore resources

Drive the planning and foundation phase, including scope alignment, governance setup, and internal readiness prior to full SI engagement

Collaborate with functional leaders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes

Provide leadership across multiple project types following the ERP implementation, adapting quickly to new initiatives

Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to executive stakeholders

Support and align with the EPMO, leveraging advisory guidance while owning delivery accountability

Required

Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise technology projects

Demonstrated ability to lead beyond a single program and take ownership of future initiatives

Strong cultural fit with a hands-on, collaborative, business-focused organization

Preferred

ERP or S/4HANA implementation experience preferred, but not required
