Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of complex community‑based projects from concept through construction
Serve as a primary client contact, providing strategic guidance and building long‑term client relationships
Drive business development efforts, including identifying, pursuing, and winning new work
Maintain studio financial performance, including revenue growth and profitability
Build, mentor, and lead high‑performing teams focused on community projects
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and leadership across the firm to support a national community practice
Promote thought leadership, innovation, and a regenerative, whole‑systems approach to design
Qualification
Required
Licensed/Registered Architect (required)
10+ years of professional architectural experience, with significant focus on Community‑based work

Strong financial and operational understanding of project delivery
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
