Required
Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers' lives easier
Great teamwork
A good initiative
Confidence in using IT systems
Excellent communication and listening skills
Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new
Able to receive feedback and be open to development, knowing we'll be there to support and guide you throughout your process
Preferred
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
Experience in optics or Audiology business
Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology
