Own deliverables and take final responsibility for work product
Stay current on tax law changes (federal and state)

Help shape department and firm strategy

Lead initiatives and practice areas
Have the tough conversations that move things forward
Grow existing client relationships with additional services
Bring in new business through your network
Build your reputation in the market
Partner with others firm-wide on growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Strong tax technical skills across multiple areas
Experience managing complex client relationships
Experience developing staff
Business development success (even if modest)
