Customer Service Assistant
LHH is partnering with a well-established organization in the automotive industry to hire multiple Customer Service Associates. This temporary role is ideal for customer-focused individuals who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and/or face-to-face interactions
Deliver clear, accurate information and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Record customer interactions and update internal systems with detailed notes
Identify and escalate complex concerns in accordance with established guidelines
Consistently meet service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-driven in challenging situations
Proficiency with basic computer applications and customer service platforms
Dependable attendance with the ability to work onsite five days per week
Preferred
Prior customer service experience is preferred
