Responsibilities
Support the knit product development process from concept through production hand-off
Track and update sample status, comments, and approvals across internal systems
Assist with vendor communication, sample follow-ups, and data entry
Maintain WIP, BOMs, sample charts, and approval updates
Organize submit libraries, including lab dips, wash references, artwork strike offs, and related approvals
Partner with Design, Technical Design, Raw Materials, and Production to ensure accurate data and timelines
Assist with research on fabrics, trims, and new suppliers
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in Product Development, Production, or Design Operations
Interest in knit apparel and garment construction
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in PLM (Backbone a plus), Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
