Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture for enterprise applications and integrations
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across Salesforce platforms
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and technical teams to define solution architecture
Provide architectural guidance on Salesforce configuration, customization, and development standards
Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using APIs and middleware
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, governance, and compliance requirements
Participate in design reviews, technical documentation, and delivery planning
Mentor development teams and enforce Salesforce best practices across implementations
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect in large enterprise environments
Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and platform best practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with managers and business stakeholders
Ability to work in a hybrid model from Dallas/Plano, Atlanta, or Middletown, NJ
Preferred
Salesforce Certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, CTA preferred)
Prior experience with telecom or other large enterprise clients
