Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle general ledger accounting
Lead month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
Partner with the Controller on accounting policies and process improvements
Review work and provide guidance to accounting staff
Support AP, AR, fixed assets, cash management, and intercompany accounting
Assist with budgeting, audits, tax support, and special projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
3–5+ years of general ledger accounting experience
Strong understanding of month-end close and accounting controls
Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative
