Qualification
Required
6-10 years of a broad experience range with estate planning, estate and trust administration, corporate entity determination and taxation
Assisted with research, analysis and drafting of estate and tax plans
Administration of probate estates
Preparation and review of tax returns
Fiduciary litigation
Charitable planning
Planning for family-owned and privately held businesses
Licensed to practice law in New Jersey
Preferred
Pennsylvania and/or New York admission is a plus
