They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive qualified leads and support Directors of Clinical Solutions in scaling their footprint across pharma, biotech, and CRO clients.

Responsibilities
Research and identify pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO companies aligned with Biorce’s target market
Generate and qualify leads through outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) and inbound follow-up
Secure meetings between qualified prospects and the Director(s) of Clinical Solutions
Manage and track outreach activity using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or equivalent)
Collaborate closely with the commercial team to refine outreach strategies and value messaging
Support marketing campaigns and conference follow-ups to nurture leads and increase engagement
Maintain a clear understanding of Biorce’s AI platform to communicate value propositions effectively
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (ideally in life sciences, SaaS, or healthtech)
Interest or background in clinical research, pharma, or biotechnology is highly valued
Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools
Strong curiosity and drive to learn about AI, clinical trials, and digital transformation in healthcare
